Huronia West OPP is investigating a head-on crash that happened just south of Elmvale on Sunday evening that left one person in critical condition.
Police say a car and SUV collided on County Road 27 near Flos Road Five in Springwater Township.
Both drivers and a passenger from each vehicle were transported to the hospital, and one driver was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage and has not yet spoken with police is asked to call Huronia West OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
