A 68-year-old man was killed when the vehicle he was driving struck a hydro pole on River Road West in Wasaga Beach, between Fernbrook Drive and Veteran's Way.
OPP say this happened around 8:20 a.m. on Thursday.
The man was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His name has not been released, but police confirm he was from Wasaga Beach.
