Barrie firefighters were kept hopping with several encampment fires.
An official confirms there was a small fire behind the Source on Bayview Drive Friday afternoon in which a propane tank exploded.
There was another blaze at Milligan's Pond in the evening, in the area of Vespra and Innisfil Streets.
The official was unable to confirm a reported third fire behind the movie theatre on Commerce Park Drive, though pictures from the scene show firefighters in a wooded area.
In the first two fires, the official said there were no injuries and nobody was found at either location.
No word what sparked the flames.
