The Ukrainian Community in Barrie will be holding our 4th Annual Ukrainian Vyshyvanka Day Festival on Sunday, May 17th, at Meridian Place, located in downtown Barrie, Ontario, by beautiful Kempenfelt Bay.
Vyshyvanka Day is an annual holiday celebrated internationally. It's a day where we celebrate the heritage and symbol of the iconic Ukrainian embroidered shirt ("Vyshyvanka").
Everyone is welcome, and we encourage all visitors to celebrate with us, take in our beautiful location, enjoy the colourful performances, participate in various activities, and browse exhibits, food vendors, Ukrainian embroidery, arts and crafts, and other vendor kiosks.
