The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.
Thomas Andrew Hackett is described as a white male, 50 years of age, 5' 7" (170 cm), 170 lbs. (77 kgs) with a fair complexion, brown hair and blue eyes. Hackett has surgical scars on his right upper arm, right ankle, left ankle and abdomen. He also has several tattoos;

Thomas Andrew Hackett is serving a two-year sentence for:
- operation of motor vehicle while impaired
- operation of motor vehicle while prohibited
- failure / refuse to comply with demand
- assault - intentional use of force
- fail to comply with probation order
The offender is known to frequent the Beeton, Alliston and Barrie areas.
