A neighbour who attempted to intervene was injured

Frazer the German Boxer remains on the missing list.

Barrie police said the dog was ‘forcibly removed’ from a home on Orwell Crescent on November 23.

In a social media post on Tuesday afternoon, police said the investigation has identified a number of persons who are being sought.

Investigators also posted photos of a dark Honda Civic with snow tires believed to be involved in the theft. The driver is also in the photo.

A neighbour who was outside heard the ruckus, and he ran toward the car to attempt to intervene, but the car fled, and the person was dragged. Luckily, the individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

At the time, police said they were looking for two women and a man.
