Fuel Spill Contained Following Truck Rollover in Clearview
Driver Suffered Minor Injuries
The Ministry of Environment stayed on scene most of the afternoon to help with cleanup following a fuel truck rollover in Clearview.
First responders were called to the scene before 11:00 Wednesday morning, with reports the truck had rolled at 3/4th Sideroad at Concession 7 of Clearview, not far from New Lowell. The fuel spill was quickly contained by Clearview Fire Services, while the Ministry of Environment showed up to assist.
Fire Chief Roree Payment tells Barrie 360 the driver was taken to local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, while the truck has since been removed from the scene.
