Georgian College to Host 14th Annual Pow Wow Saturday

A Day That Celebrates Culture & Tradition

Georgian College will come alive with drumming, dancing, crafts and authentic Indigenous food for the 14th Annual Pow Wow honouring Elders and Knowledge Keepers. The event will take place from 12 pm-8 pm on March 9th in the Athletic Centre.

Parking and entry is free but guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Georgian Student Food Bank.

This annual Pow Wow is a celebration of culture and tradition. Attendees are encouraged to ask questions, sample food, celebrate and enjoy the day.
