More than $4K in allegedly goods stolen from Bradford store, two suspects charged

Quite an assortment of items allegedly stolen from a Bradford retail store.

South Simcoe Police were called around 11:30 Thursday morning about a theft in progress and were told that two people had entered the store, selected merchandise and left without paying.

Police were able to nab the suspects as they were driving away.

A 31-year-old woman was charged with theft, possession of stole property and mischief under $5,000 while a 31-year-old man is up on charges of theft and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Both suspects are from Scarborough.

Police say the property recovered included printer cartridges, electric dog collars, pharmaceutical products, headlights, and water filters.
