Provincial Police have closed Highway 11 in the Orillia area as first responders deal with a multi-vehicle collision that occurred in the southbound lanes around Old Barrie Road.
The highway is closed between Coldwater Road in Orillia and Line 15 in Oro-Medonte.
Police have not confirmed if there have been any injuries.

It appears there were separate collisions in the southbound lanes.
Snow squalls have battered the Orillia area most of Friday morning. The snow is being blown around by wind gusts to 60 km/h causing reduced visiblity .
