South Simcoe Police (SSP) have laid charges against a man after they allege he pointed a firearm at another person in Bradford.
Police say they responded to a field adjacent to the Bradford Curling Club around 8:50 Sunday morning.
Officers arrived within minutes and detained three individuals.

Police say an investigation led to the arrest of a 54-year-old man and the recovery of an imitation handgun, along with drug paraphernalia. The man has been charged with pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats, and assault with a weapon.
"Under Canadian law, using an imitation firearm is treated as a real firearm in the commission of an offence," SSP said in a social media post.
The suspect is in custody pending a bail hearing.
"Police would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding while the investigation interrupted use of the park area this morning," police added.
