Effective on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, the Municipal office will be closed to the public with specific services offered by appointment only, until further notice as a precaution to help control the spread of COVID-19 especially the omicron variant. Please be advised that the Municipal Office remains staffed and will continue with the provision of municipal services through alternate means until further notice.

Staff can be reached by email and will be checking their voicemails during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). A staff directory can be found at www.tiny.ca/contact.

The services listed below are being offered by appointment only:

• Access to Municipal Roll Books please contact Claudette Stewart, Receptionist, by email at cstewart@tiny.ca or call 705-526-4204 ext. 221

Members of the public are encouraged to visit ‘Online Services’ at www.tiny.ca for services including program registration, dog tags, fire permits, and parking permits. Alternatively, application forms are available online and can be submitted with cheque payment via mail or drop-box located at the front doors. All other correspondence can be submitted through the drop-box. A drop-box is available at the front of the administration office (130 Balm Beach Road West) for non-urgent payment and correspondence. Drop-box items and mail will be collected periodically.
