Innisfil Boy’s Condition Improving After Being Struck By Car

Police Continue to Appeal For Witnesses

A young boy hurt in an Innisfil crash is on the mend.

The South Simcoe Police Service says a 12-year-old boy’s condition is improving, while he remains in Toronto hospital. The young man was airlifted to Toronto on Friday afternoon after he was struck by a car on Big Bay Point Road near the 25th Sideroad. He was riding his bike with his sister at the time, when a vehicle tried to pass, making contact with the young man. The driver remained on scene and cooperated with police.
