An Innisfil business has been fined $1,000 under the Reopening Ontario Act.

South Simcoe Police say they attended the High Vibrations Dance Studio in Belle Ewart on April 21, 2021, and the business was issued two Provincial Offences notices. According to information received and confirmed through an investigation, police say the business was open during lockdown and had no COVID-19 protocols. The charges were laid after police issued a caution the previous week.

According to police, the business entered a guilty plea last Wednesday.
