Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire at a salvage yard in Innisfil.

Fire officials say they were called out around 12:20 Tuesday morning to the business on County Road 27 between the 6th Line and 7th Line.

The blaze spread to an office and garage on the property.

Firefighters from Essa and New Tecumseth provided mutual aid, including helping with water tanker shuttle operations to bring the fire under control.

There were no injuries.

The Ministry of the Environment attended the scene.

The property was turned back to the owners on Tuesday afternoon.
