Nottawasaga OPP has charged a 19-year-old man with four counts of sexual assault and other offences, and police believe there may be more victims.
According to police, there were numerous incidents involving three young females. OPP say they were all contacted and befriended on social media. Platforms that were used are Instagram, Discord, X-Box Live and Snapchat. The online user name is: "emptygoatdemon"
The suspect, who is from Innisfil, faces four charges of sexual assault, two counts each of distributing child pornography, criminal harassment, child luring and invitation to sexual touching, while the other charges are producing child porn, choking, forcible confinement, threatening to cause bodily harm/death, and making explicit material available to a child under 16.
The accused is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Apr. 4.
