Jennifer Aniston always looks amazing, but there's one compliment she can't stand.
It's more of a backhanded compliment when you think about it.
In a recent interview with British Vogue, she said she hates people saying, "You look good for your age."
"It drives me bananas. That's a habit of society that we have these markers like, 'Well, you're at that stage, so for your age, I don't even understand what it means. I'm in better shape than I was in my twenties."
She continued, "I feel better in my mind, body and spirit. It's all 100% better."
The 51-year-old talked to the publication about her workout routines and healthy lifestyle.
She used to believe in hardcore 45-minute cardio routines but is now done with them.
"It used to be pounding, pounding, pounding. You had to get 45 minutes to an hour of cardio; otherwise, you weren't getting a workout."
She says all that impact took its toll on her body.
"Not only do you stress your body, you burn out — who wants to do that at all?" she added.
Today she concentrates on lower-impact workouts.
Either way, don't say she looks good " for her age."
