Jessica Biel is getting some online attention after saying she likes to eat in the shower to save time.
In a TikTok video, the actress said she wants a "movement" for anyone juggling too many tasks at home and gave some tips on how she does it.
A ledge is really helpful. Something you can stick your cup, your yogurt container, your coffee, your espresso, whatever it is you are enjoying.
"I like to take a bite or a sip and put it on the ledge, and then you do your thing. It's pretty simple, guys; you can do this. I find it deeply satisfying."
Of course, she says keeping your mouth shut while chewing can get tricky.
"There's the pro tip. Chew, do not open the mouth [and] do not let the shower water in. There you go, enjoy your shower-consuming." she says

People wonder whether Biel is serious about her shower eating habits or just playing a very convincing gag.
I'm going for she was joking because I have never been in the shower hoping for a yogurt. Maybe a beer known as shower beers, but never anything else.
