South Simcoe Police charged 25-year-old Ryan Walker and a 55-year-old man – who is still before the courts.

Walker pleaded guilty in December to a charge of Criminal Negligence Causing Death.

He was sentenced Tuesday to 13 months and 15 days. The judge took into account the time he has already served. Walker will also serve a concurrent term of seven months and 15 days on a conviction for Trafficking.
