Judge orders trial of second man in overdose death of Innisfil man
Charges include Manslaughter
A second trial related to the fentanyl overdose death of 23-year-old Shawn Kelly of Innisfil will proceed.
A judge has ordered a 55-year-old man to stand trial on charges of Manslaughter, as well as possession of and trafficking in fentanyl.
A trial date has yet to be set.

Kelly died in April 2017. Toxicology tests showed he died of an overdose of fentanyl and heroin.
A 25-year-old old man was recently convicted of Criminal Negligence Causing Death in the case. H was sentenced to time served and an additional 13 months and 15 days.
