If you've been waiting for the Frasier reboot, you're going to have to wait longer.
Kelsey Grammer says they are in the final stages of the first script for the Frasier reboot, but it's not known when shooting will begin.
Last year Grammer announced plans were in the works for the spinoff of his popular show that ran from 1993-2004.
In an interview on the Talk, Grammer says there are tentative plans to shoot the first episode this fall, but even those plans aren't set in stone.
However, he adds he's happy with the first script.
"We're in the final stages of the final script for the first episode of the Frasier reboot, and it looks pretty good. I've had a couple of runs through it, and I cried, so you know, I'm happy."

At this point it's not known if the previous cast will return.
In an interview with Vulture, David Hyde Pierce, who played Niles Crane said he's not sure if he will be in the revival because Frasier could be successful on its own.
He explained.
"They didn't bring along the Cheers gang to make a new show. They popped in from time to time and that was a blast, but there was something else that needed to be said, and it needed to be said in a different way. And maybe they will find that, and I'll be in it, or maybe they'll find it, and they won't need me to be in it."

As of now all we know is that plans are in the works, and everyone wants one; we just don't know when, where, or who.
