KFC is getting into the festive spirit with the return of their Double Down.
The iconic meaty sandwich consists of bacon, mayo and lettuce between two breaded chicken pieces instead of a bun.

Whenever this item returns, people get excited. This time, the fried chicken chain will add a layer of stuffing and cranberry sauce between the chicken patties.
Chief Marketing Officer, KFC Canada, Katherine Bond-Debicki, says, "What better time than the festive season to give Canadians something they've been craving with the holiday flavours they love? Plus, we're excited to provide great deals for the holiday season,so Canadians can fill up on quality food for a reasonable price."
KFC first introduced the Double Down in 2010, and randomly reappears on their menu.
It's now available across North America for a limited time.
