Some people need a fan or a rainstorm sound to fall asleep; but how about the sound of the combination of 11 herbs and spices frying?
KFC has teamed with the wellness company Hatch to get high-quality audio of frying chicken in hopes of sending you to dreamland.
Hatch posted a high-quality 20-minute clip of chicken frying on "Spotify," and the results sound delicious.
KFC got the idea to record the sound after people on TikTok compared the sound of frying chicken to that of a rainstorm.
Eric Pallotta, the CMO at Hatch issued a statement on social media saying they took the fun assignment seriously.
"At Hatch, we take pride in producing the most effective audio for sleep. When we kept seeing social media posts about the similarity between frying chicken and rain, we decided to make the absolute best version of that audio. And who better than the OG fried chicken experts, KFC, to do it with."
