A video posted of a man in an excavator destroying a part of a marina building on Lake Rosseau has gone viral.
Bracebridge OPP has charged a 59-year-old man with mischief over $5,000.
Officers were called to the Pride Marine Group on July 21. When police arrived, they say there was significant damage done to the property.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge at a later date to answer to this charge.
