Man hurt after falling into open maintenance hole in downtown Barrie

Anxious moments Friday evening for a man walking along Mary Street in downtown Barrie.
He fell into an open maintenance hole between Dunlop and Ross Streets and had to be rescued by Barrie firefighters.
The man suffered minor injuries.
It appears the cover had ben dislodged by a passing plow.
