McDonald's latest mascot, Uncle O'Grimacey brings the Shamrock Shake back for St. Patrick's Day

McDonald's has brought back its seasonal Shamrock Shake, good news for mint lovers and Grimace.

The food chain has unveiled a new mascot, Grimace’s long-lost uncle from Sham Rock, Ireland, Uncle O’Grimacey.

According to McDonald’s, Grimace recently rediscovered his family’s original Shamrock Shake recipe, which led him to reconnect with his vibrant and generous uncle, just in time for the shake’s return.

McDonald’s will donate 25 cents from every Shamrock Shake sold to Ronald McDonald House Charities to raise $5 million.

It's available from Feb. 10 to March 23, 2025,
