LaToya Jackson's ex is accused of stealing her late brother's possessions, including his death bed pajamas.
Lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate claim that film Producer Jeffre Phillips took several possessions from his home following the singer's death in 2009.
Reports say Phillips stayed at Jackson's home for several days after his death and used it as a chance to take valuables, including a briefcase, notes, and even the pajamas he wore the night he died.
The producer is also accused of stealing the resuscitator tube used by medics who tried to save the pop star's life.
It's alleged Phillips tried selling the items through an auction.
The estate is asking for the return of all property.
Phillips was in a relationship with Jackson's sister LaToya at the time of the incident. The two split up in 2015.
