Midland man accused of sharing intimate images without permission, police concerned there could be more victims

41-year-old man held in custody until next court date

A Midland man will have his day in court after a recent harassment complaint was filed with the OPP.

Officers with the Southern Georgian Bay detachment were called to a residence on King St. in Midland on May 27 with reports of harassment. That led to a search warrant being written up and executed at a nearby apartment on June 8. Police say they seized a number of digital images during their search.

A 41-year-old man faces charges including voyeurism, distributing intimate images without consent, harassment, and mischief endangering life. He was held in custody for a future court date.

Investigators are concerned there could be more victims in the community, and encourage anyone who may be affected or otherwise have information that could aid in this case, to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
