Monday evening crash in Innisfil sends three to hospital

Police seeking witnesses to three vehicle crash

South Simcoe Police are looking for witnesses to a multi-vehicle crash that sent three people to hospital.

First responders were called to Innisfil Beach Road, west of Highway 400 at around 7:30 p.m. Monday with reports of a crash. Investigators say a westbound vehicle crossed the centre line, clipped an eastbound vehicle, then collided head-on with a third. The driver of the westbound vehicle was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The second vehicle’s driver was not hurt, while the third vehicle’s driver and passenger were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
