
Provincial police have laid multiple charges following a sexual assault investigation involving children in Muskoka, and authorities believe there may be additional victims.
Huntsville OPP say the investigation began on March 18 after reports that a suspect, posing as a police officer, allegedly assaulted two children at a local resort.
Investigators later determined the accused had travelled to the area from eastern Ontario.

On March 28, police arrested and charged a 64-year-old man from North Dundas Township with three counts of sexual assault on a person under 16 years, three counts of sexual interference, two counts of invitation to sexual touching under 16 years old, two counts of indecent exposure to a person under 16 years of age, and one count each of impersonating a peace officer, and failing to comply with a prohibition order regarding children.

Police believe there may be additional victims. They are appealing to the public for assistance, and to come forward if they may have had contact with the accused.
Investigators add that the suspect is known to operate a dark-coloured Mini Cooper and has previously performed at children's events.
