Napoleon needs more assembly line workers.
The Barrie company says strong sales and increasing demand for its products requires them to add 100 permanent full-time jobs.
Napoleon will be seeking people to fill these positions at a job fair on Thursday, Sept. 16.
Jobs are available on the afternoon and midnight shifts, with premiums. The company says production bonuses are paid twice a year.
Those interested are asked to bring a resume for on-site, in-person interviews at the job fair. Job offers, according to Napoleon, will be made as quickly as 48 hours after the job fair is completed.
The company adds the job fair is an outdoor, COVID-conscious event that will take place rain or shine.
Napoleon is a manufacturer and retailer of grills, fireplaces and heating and cool solutions. It currently employs 1,000 people.
