Napoleon, one of Simcoe County’s largest private-sector employers is hiring even more to the team

Local company experiencing growth despite pandemic

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic hitting many businesses’ bottom lines pretty hard, one local company at least is hiring.

The Napoleon Group of Companies makes grills, fireplaces, and heating systems, and is growing further. The company says it is adding 110 new manufacturing positions in Barrie. Those who are interested in applying should visit Napoleon’s career centre website.

“Napoleon is proud to offer local jobs and job security during the COVID-19 pandemic,” reads a statement from the company. “As an essential manufacturing service, Napoleon continues to service customers on a daily basis and offers competitive wages, benefits, and career advancement.”

Napoleon is among Simcoe County’s largest private-sector employers, with over 1,000 employees working there.
