A Toronto man had no business behind the wheel, according to the police who arrested him.
A South Simcoe Police officer was out on patrol in Bradford around 2:00 Saturday morning, when they spied a vehicle with an expired validation sticker.
It was determined that not only was the 22-year-old man behind the wheel uninsured, he was driving under the influence. Testing at the police station yielded results of nearly twice the legal limit.
Police add the young man was charged with having open bottles of alcohol in the vehicle.
