Noella Tree Lot returns: Downtown Barrie BIA

Noella Tree Lot

News release - Downtown Barrie BIA

With a light sprinkling of snow, sparkling lights, and festive storefronts, Downtown Barrie has been transformed into a winter wonderland!

Join us this weekend for a cozy day of local shopping, cafe hopping and the return of the Noella Tree Lot.

Now in its 11th year, the tree lot has become a Downtown holiday tradition. Set up in Meridian Place, you’ll find beautiful trees and wreaths grown locally at Drysdale Tree Farm. All proceeds go to Hospice Simcoe, so it’s a great way of giving back to the community.

The Noella Tree Lot will run at Meridian Place the following dates and times:

  • Friday, December 1st from 4 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturday, December 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm
  • Friday, December 8th ft from 4 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturday, December 9th f from 10 am to 2 pm

And if there is inventory remaining:

  • Friday, December 15th from 4 pm to 8 pm
  • Saturday, December 16th from 10 am to 2 pm

12-inch wreaths will be $40. And 6 to 7-foot trees are $80. Cash or e-transfer accepted.

Make it an occasion and grab a warming beverage and a treat, or something to eat. Stop by the Barrie Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Pop into the local shops to find stocking stuffers and unique gifts.  Enjoy a wintery walk by the waterfront while enjoying the Rotary Club of Barrie’s Festival of Trees, lighting up Heritage Park. It's the most wonderful time of the year, come and join the holiday cheer.
