OPP charge man with impaired boating on Midland Bay
Open liquor seized
Canada Day celebrating on the water did not go well for a Georgian Bay Township man.
The 30-year-old was charged with impaired operation and operating a vessel with open liquor on board after OPP marine officers stopped a vessel just after 1:30 p.m. yesterday.
A quantity of liquor was seized.
The accused driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days under conditions of the Administrative Drivers Licence Suspension.
