Reports from a motorist to Southern Georgian Bay OPP of another driver who was possibly impaired led to charges against a man from Midland.
Officers responded to the report just before 12:30 a.m. Friday and located the vehicle in question: a westbound black Honda.
The vehicle was stopped near the intersection of Simcoe County Road 6 and Lafontaine Road in Tiny with the driver passed out.
The investigating officer awakened the driver and began an investigation that led to two impaired driving charges against a 52-year-old man from Midland.
He was released from custody and will appear in court next month after having his license suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded.
