Orillia names local resident Adam Hill 2019 Athlete of the year
Fourty-four year old won several cycling events last year
The City of Orillia honoured it’s 2019 athlete of the year on Monday night.
Fourty-four year old Orillia resident Adam Hill won several cycling events last year, along with raising thousands of dollars for local charities with his own “Pick your Poison” trail ride event.
Hill is described as “an inspiring, accomplished endurance athlete of epic proportions.”
He is also described as a highly regarded health professional working as a Respiratory Therapist at Orillia’s Soldiers Memorial Hospital.
