Orillia OPP searching for suspects following weekend robbery downtown

Three suspects arrested and two are still missing

Orillia OPP is investigating a robbery on the weekend.

On Saturday, July 4, just after 7 o’clock, police got a call about a group of people carrying weapons on a trail near downtown Orillia. Police flooded the area and found two victims who said they had been assaulted with weapons and robbed.  

Three suspects, two men and a woman, all from Orillia, were arrested. Police continue to search for another male and female suspect.
