Orillia search warrant leads to a $20,000 seizure of illicit drugs

OPP have charged three people with drug trafficking offences after they executed a search warrant on Thursday at a home on Mariposa Drive in Orillia.

In January, police say they began investigating an individual who was allegedly trafficking drugs in the Orillia area. 

The street value of the drugs seized was $20,000, according to OPP.

As a result of the investigation, the following was seized:

  • Suspected 113 grams of Cocaine
  • Suspected 110 grams Fentanyl
  • Suspected 148 Oxycodone pills
  • Digital scales, drug packing and cellular phones

The suspects are a 27-year-old from Markham and two from Orillia in their 40s.
