Here’s some repeat business nobody wanted.

Barrie Police say they got a report last week of a man who allegedly stole some shades from the Sunglass Hut on Bayfield. Turns out, police think it’s the same guy who swiped some different pairs on two separate occasions earlier this year.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 50-60 years old, 5’7″ tall, 170 lbs, scruffy red/gray facial hair, wearing a navy blue baseball cap, black leather jacket, gray track pants, black running shoes with a white sole and carrying a blue cloth shopping bag from Walmart. In the most recent theft, the suspect wore very vibrant blue running shoes.

Anyone with information on this theft is asked to contact Constable Mellish of the Barrie Police Service at 705-725-7025, ext. 2634, contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or leave an anonymous tip online at www.p3tips.com.
