Ozzy Osbourne will undergo major surgery on his neck in a few days.

The 73-year-old former Black Sabbath frontman has been suffering from ailments and vertebrae problems since a near-fatal ATV accident in 2003. Cameras were rolling before and after the crash as the family was filming their MTV Reality show "The Osbourne's."

He suffered a fall in 2019 and wound up dislodging the pins in his neck, causing more issues for his vertebrae.

In an interview with LouderSound, the prince of darkness revealed that he can't walk properly and faces daily challenges.

Ozzy and his wife Sharon Osbourne will travel to Los Angeles for the surgery, which she says "will determine the rest of his life."

Speaking on her talk show "The Talk" UK, she explained she'll be by his side the whole time.

" My son (Jack Osbourne) will have a daughter in about three weeks. And also, it's our 40th wedding anniversary on the first of July."

"Plus, the fact I've got nine little dogs that miss me terribly. But I'm not going anywhere; you can't get rid of me now."

She went on to say;

"The funny thing was that when I spoke to Ozzy today, he said, 'Have you been fired yet?'"

His surgery is scheduled for Monday.
