Central Tax Service was established in 1977 by Kathy Preston. Kathy started the business out of her home while teaching the Correspondence Income Tax course at Georgian College. Central Tax Service grew and moved to its first office on Collier Street. After a short stay on Collier Street, the office moved to the Wellington Street Plaza. Central Tax Service has now been in the plaza for the past 35 years and counting.
