Police seeking teenage suspects following assault at Barrie elementary school
Young lady grabbed, threatened with knife, and kicked, suffering minor injuries
Barrie Police are searching for two teenage boys following reports of an assault at a west-end elementary school
Investigators say a 13-year-old girl was sitting on a hydro utility box at Emma King Elementary School on Cundles Road when she was approached by a pair of teenage boys at around 5 p.m. Monday. One of the pair allegedly grabbed her arm while the other waved a knife at her. The young lady was kicked and suffered minor injuries before she was able to get free and run to a nearby friend’s house.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1:
- Male
- White
- Approximately 15 years old
- Tall with a skinny build
- Straight blonde hair, medium-short in length
- Freckles on face
- Wearing jeans and a blue t-shirt.
Suspect #2:
- Male
- White
- Approximately 15 years old
- Muscular build
- Straight red hair, approximately shoulder-length
- Wearing jeans and had glasses
- Armed with a knife
