South Simcoe Police will be getting a head start on celebrating Police Week in the province with an open house on Saturday, May 11 at its Bradford and Innisfil stations.
The public is invited to tour the stations, check out the vehicles and see specialized units on display such as traffic and marine, emergency response, forensic identification, K9, and community services and auxiliary.
There will also be a drone demonstration at the Bradford station, as well as a K9 question and answer session at the Bradford and Innisfil detachments.

Police Week runs from May 12 to 18, 2024. This year, the theme for the week is "Join Policing: Keep Ontario Safe", which highlights policing as a career and public service.
