A bar in the UK wants to help its customers stick to their New Year resolutions of hitting the gym more often, so they've changed their name to "The Gym."
Now, when people say they hit the gym several times last week, they aren't lying.
The bar in Swansea Wales, formerly called "The Maltsters Arm," goes all out with the theme by serving drinks in glasses shaped like dumbbells.
The best part is if you show up in workout gear, your first drink is free.
They have just posted new signs and are holding a grand opening this weekend for people new to "The Gym" scene.
Now that's how you do dry January!
