Release from Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre
Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), in collaboration with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, has declared a gastrointestinal outbreak on the health centre's Specialized Seniors unit.
Six patients are symptomatic. All patients are being tested, and enhanced cleaning measures are underway.
Admissions to the unit are on hold at this time and visitors are not permitted, however, some exceptions may apply.
