The Sandbox Centre is a new unique space coming to downtown Barrie early next year for businesses of all types and sizes. It will provide a space where the community can work together to accelerate their business by sharing knowledge, ideas and energy.

The Sandbox team is currently looking to find the right artist or team of artists to complete a mural for one of the walls at their studio. Here's what you need to know:
Who?
Open to all artists that reside in Simcoe County, preferably those who live in Barrie. Applications from multiple artists, community members and youth are encouraged.
What?
Create an original mural that will celebrate the distinct nature of Central Ontario. Develop and complete work plan, budget, production schedule and list of materials.
When?
Submissions are due by December 13th.
Where?
The chosen artist will be working around a set of windows and completing their mural on the east facing wall of the studio above the Barrie Bus Terminal.
Why?
The Sandbox is all about growing local businesses together throw connecting and sharing. This contest is an example of something that celebrates those core values.
