It's called "The Sandwich Method," and it goes like this.
Match your shirt to the colour of your shoes and something different for your pants. The colours don't have to match exactly, but they should be in the same family and contain similar shades.
The bread here is your top and footwear, while the pants are the, uh… meat?
Or match your pants to your hat, and the shirt in the middle will be the cheese in your grilled cheese sandwich.

The term" Sandwich Method" started popping up on social media last year and has resurged recently.
However, the concept is far from new. I swear that even in the 1980s, people were taught the rule of matching their tops to their shoes.
