Several suspects have been nabbed in the Collingwood-area in an investigation into a home invasion armed robbery in Wellington County.

Ontario Provincial Police said they responded to a report of an armed robbery in the area of Belwood Lake near Fergus around 5 a.m. on Saturday.

Three male suspects entered a residence and confronted the occupants with a handgun. Police said household items including electronics were stolen.

The suspects were described as being in their teens or early twenties.
