Southern Georgian Bay OPP are conducting a sexual assault investigation in Midland, according to officials.
Police say the alleged incident occurred on Saturday, August 31, around 2:30 in the morning.
"A female victim was assaulted in the area of Hugel Avenue and Third Street, Midland," officers wrote in a media release.
"Investigators are being assisted by members of the OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS)."
